FAQ

How do you photograph engagements/proposals?

My approach is simple: you just show up as you, and I’ll take care of the rest. I want your session to feel like a fun, easygoing date—with me tagging along to document the love, laughter, and little moments in between. Before the shoot, I’ll send over a guide to help with what to wear, timing, and all the good stuff so you don’t have to stress. You don’t need to know how to pose or perform—I’ll gently guide you so everything feels natural and true to your relationship. This is about capturing your connection in an honest, beautiful way—exactly as you are.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I’m based in Algonac, Michigan—but I’m always on the move! I love traveling all over the state and beyond for shoots. If your session or wedding is outside my local area, a small travel fee may apply depending on the distance. That said, I always do my best to keep it affordable—I never want travel to be the reason we can’t create something beautiful together. Exploring new places fuels my creativity, and I’m always up for the adventure.

When & how will we get our photos?

You’ll get a private online gallery with all your edited photos within two weeks (sometimes even faster, depending on the season!). From there, you can download everything in high resolution, share the gallery with friends and family, pick your favorites, and order prints—because you’ll have full printing rights. If you book the Deluxe package or higher, it also includes a selection of prints from me!

And hey—one small favor: please don’t screenshot the photos (your gallery is way better than a blurry phone screen, promise). Just download them straight from the gallery—you deserve the good-quality stuff!

How many pictures will we receive?

You’ll get between 35–65 fully edited images… depending on the package you choose, but let’s be real, I’m terrible at sticking to that limit. If I love the photos (and I always do), I can’t help but sneak in a few—or a lot—more. Consider it my gift to your camera roll.
